Pyare", arising out of Case Crime No.108 of 2016, under Sections 452, 354ka IPC & Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Kamlapur, District Sitapur, whereby convicted and sentenced the appellant under Sections 452, 354ka IPC and Section 8 POCSO Act with maximum sentence of 03 years simple imprisonment alongwith default fine stipulation.
