Instant Criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgement and order dated 31.10.2025, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act, Court No.7, Lucknow in S.T. No. 87/2019 (State vs. Shivnatha and Others), arising out of case crime no.631/2018, police station – Gosaiganj, District Lucknow whereby appellant has been convicted of charge under sections 304 B read with section 34 IPC, 498 A IPC and section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and sentenced to maximum term of seven years imprisonment for charge under section – 304 B IPC and all the sentences are directed to run concurrently.
