This is application for condonation of delay in filing the review application.

Shri Pramod Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant is reported to be ill today.

Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the case is being got repeatedly adjourned by one or the other counsel. On the previous dates the case was adjourned on the slip sent by Ms.Usha Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant. Today Shri Pramod Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant has sent illness slip, but there is no request by Ms.Usha Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant.

This court had passed the following order on 20.03.2025 as Ms.Usha Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant was out of station:-

"Ms. Usha Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant is reported to be out of station today.

Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the case is being got adjourned repeatedly.

List in the first week of April, 2025 in terms of previous order passed by this Court, making it clear that the case shall not be adjourned on the next date on any ground.

In case the counsel for the applicant has any difficulty to appear, she may make alternate arrangement, failing which appropriate order shall be passed."

Thereafter the following order was passed on 03.04.2025 as Ms.Usha Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant was reported to be ill:-

It is made clear that the case shall not be adjourned on the next date. In case, learned counsel for the applicant has any difficulty, appropriate orders may be passed. "

It was made clear on the previous dates that the case shall not be adjourned on the next date on any ground. Even thereafter once the case was adjourned.

In view of above, it appears that the applicant does not want to pursue this application, therefore, the case is being got adjourned by one or the other counsel. Therefore the application for condonation of delay in filing the application for review is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Consequently the review application is dismissed .
