Learned counsel for the applicant says that his house has been demolished despite pendency of the review application filed by him.
Shri Manish Mani Sharma, learned counsel has filed his power on behalf of opposite parties no.4, 5, 7 and 8. A report has been submitted by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 20.11.2024 saying that notice sent to respondents no.3, 6 and 9 to 13 on 17.8.2024 has not been received back nor any vakalatnama has been filed on their behalf and, hence, service of notice upon respondents no, 3, 6 and 9 to 13 is deemed sufficient in view of Chapter VIII Rule 12 Explanation II of High Court rules.
We deem service upon respondents no.3, 6 and 9 to 13 as sufficient.
It has been informed by the learned counsel for respondents no.4, 5, 7 and 8 Shri Manish Mani Sharma that he has prepared counter affidavit which he has served on counsel for the applicant. He has also informed this Court that when the writ petition was filed Shri Atul Kumar Dwivedi had appeared for NTPC.
Since the name of Shri Atul Kumar Dwivedi has not been shown in the cause list, let this matter be listed again on 07.11.2025 showing the name of Shri Atul Kumar Dwivedi as appearing for NTPC. The counsel for the review applicant shall serve a copy of this review application on Shri Atul

Kumar Dwivedi in the meantime and also file rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit served on him by Shri Manish Mani Sharma, if he so deems it appropriate.
