Heard the review-applicant in person, Sri Kshitij Mishra learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, Sri Gyanendra Kumar Srivastava learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3, Sri Shubham Tripathi learned counsel for the opposite party no. 4 and Ms. Pushpila Bisht learned counsel who has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite party no. 5.

The writ court dismissed the writ petition filed by the review-petitioner on the ground that the time schedule fixed as per the Apex Court judgement had already run out, therefore, no relief could be granted to him. The judgment passed by the learned Single Judge on being impugned in the intra court appeal has also been upheld by observing that according to own showing of the appellant, he had failed to make online application as per the time schedule fixed for participation in the mop-up round.

A review application has now come to be filed on the ground that there was no requirement of submitting additional fee for participation in the mop-up round.

Unless the applicant had filed the application within the

deadline i.e. 22.12.2022, his participation could not have been permitted by the respondents and nothing turns on the grounds urged before us regarding the deposit of fee or not.

The judgment/order passed by us in the intra court appeal does not suffer from any error apparent on the face of record calling for a different view.

The review application is accordingly rejected.
