Sri Brijesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant after arguing at some length submits that he does not want to press the instant contempt application at this stage and prays that the same may be rejected as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh contempt application.
Accordingly, the contempt application is rejected as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
Original postal receipts annexed along with the annexure 2 of the instant contempt application be returned back to the learned counsel for the applicant as per rules after regaining the photocopy of the same on record.
