The instant contempt application has been filed by the applicant alleging disobedience of the order dated 17.01.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 496 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order of the writ Court has not been complied with till today.

Sri Ram Swaroop, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has filed affidavit of compliance duly sworn by the respondent- Mr. Shrikant Goswami, Additional Commissioner, Additional Registrar (Administration) Cooperative, Lucknow and has submitted that decision has already been taken on the representation of the applicant on 06.03.2025.

Learned counsel for the applicant vehemently submits that decision has been taken on the representation of the applicant on different footings and the contents of the said representation has not been dealt with by the respondent.

Considering the contents of the order passed by the writ Court, representation of the applicant annexed with the petition as Annexure No.3, affidavit of compliance filed by the respondent and the order passed by the respondent on 06.03.2025, this Court is of the view that the contents of the representation of the applicant are not considered by the respondent in correct perspective, therefore, the aforesaid affidavit of compliance is hereby rejected .

List this case on 22.05.2025.

By the next date, the respondent shall file fresh affidavit of compliance, failing which, he shall appear in person before this Court for the purposes of framing of charge.
