The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 25.9.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 14422 of 2024.
In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Ms. Akanksha Sharma, Advocate has filed a compliance affidavit, which is taken on record.
It has been stated in the compliance affidavit that the amount due to the applicant has been credited in his account on 30.12.2024. The said fact is also accepted by the counsel for the applicant.
As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed.
The contempt application is disposed of.
Notices are discharged.
