The present contempt application has been filed pleading noncompliance of the order dated 29.5.2024 passed by this Court in Matters Under Article 227 No. 7114 of 2024.
From the records annexed with the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application, I do not find any wilful disobedience on the part of the Judicial Officer of the court concerned who has been impleaded as opposite party in the present case.
The contempt application is dismissed .
