Heard, Shri Rama Kant Dixit, learned counsel for the applicant.

None appeared on behalf of the respondent even in the revised list. He had also not appeared on the previous date, therefore, the following order was passed on 13.12.2024:-

"Case has been called out in the revised list.

Learned counsel for the applicant is present whereas Shri Shivam Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent is neither present nor any request has been made on his behalf for adjournment of the case. List this case in the next week.

Learned counsel for the applicant is requested to communicate this order to Shri Shivam Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent in writing. In case, on the next date of listing, Shri Shivam Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent is not appeared, appropriate orders will be passed."
