1. Instant contempt application has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 09.02.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-C No.107 of 2023 (Govind Kishor Singh vs. State of U.P. And 11 Others).

1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order passed by this Court has been served upon the opposite party and despite knowledge, compliance has not been made.

1. Prima facie , matter requires consideration for contempt under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
