The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 28.02.2023 passed by this Court in Matters Under Article 227 No. 1680 of 2023 whereby this Court had directed the Civil Judge (Junior Division), First, Jaunpur to decide Suit No. 1113 of 1993 expeditiously.
There is nothing on record to indicate that there has been any willful or deliberate disobedience by the Civil Judge in not deciding the suit.
The contempt application is dismissed .
