Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions received from the Programme Officer, Harpalpur, Hardoi, has submitted that the applicant has been paid arrears since May, 2021 till August, 2023 @ Rs.8000/- per annum and the total amount comes to Rs.2,22,194/-, which has been credited in the account of the applicant. The instruction received from the respondent is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is entitled for the enhanced honorarium @ Rs.15,000/- per annum but he has very fairly submitted that the honorarium @ Rs.8000/- per month has been paid to the applicant.

In reply thereto, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the applicant himself in his representation has made a request for payment of honorarium about Rs.8000/- and odd per month as at the time of appointment of the applicant he was getting the honorarium of Rs.8000 per month.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order dated 21.09.2023 passed in Writ A No.7018 of 2023 has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the applicant that if he has still any grievance, he may challenge the same before the appropriate court.

As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as

infructuous.

Notice issued earlier, if any, stands discharged.
