Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri P.K. Shahi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party.

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.09.2025, opposite party - Rajani Kant Mittal, Divisional Forest Officer, Mathura Division, Mathura is present.

At the very out set, Shri Ashok Mehta, learned Additional Advocate General along with Shri P.K. Shahi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party submits that with the same controversy the two Civil Misc. Writ Petitions No. 13688 of 2025 was dismissed on 19.09.2025 and the Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 13593 of 2025 was dismissed on 18.09.2025. He next submitted that the present contempt is filed for violation of the interim court order whereas now the controversy has been finally decided. Therefore, the Court may consider final order passed by the Writ Court.
