The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 13.8.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 24316 of 2024.
In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the SubDivisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Faridpur, Disrict-Bareilly, i.e., the opposite party, which is taken on record.
It has been stated in the compliance affidavit that the representation of the applicant has been decided vide order dated 22.1.2025 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit.
As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed.
The contempt application is disposed of.
