The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 07.02.2020 passed by this Court in WritA No. 20629 of 2016.

In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Sri Rajan Upadhyay, learned counsel for the opposite parties has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party nos. 1 and 2 disclosing now the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, application may be dismissed as infructuous, which is not objected by learned counsel for the applicant.
