Heard Sri Pawan Gupta, learned counsel for the contempt petitionerapplicant and Sri Mohit Jauhari, learned Standing Counsel appearing for opposite party no. 2.

Sri Mohit Jauhari has filed an affidavit of compliance dated 15.9.2025 sworn by Sri Lokesh Tripathi, presently posted as District Assistant Commissioner cum Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, District Barabanki, opposite party no. 2. The said affidavit is taken on record.

In Para-5 of the said compliance affidavit, it is specifically mentioned that in compliance of the order dated 4.6.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 6359 of 2025, pension of the contempt petitioner-applicant up to the month of December, 2021 has already been paid and the pension for the period from January, 2022 to August, 2025 has been transferred to the bank account of the contempt petitioner-applicant maintained with District Cooperative Bank Ltd., Barabanki Branch, Nawabganj through Cheque No. 225212 dated 28.8.2025 amounting to Rs. 8,95,318/-.

The aforesaid statement as made by the opposite party no. 2, has not been disputed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contempt petitioner-applicant.

Taking into account the aforesaid situation, this Court finds that since

the order of the Court has already been complied with, nothing has been left in the matter to be adjudicated upon and accordingly the contempt petition is consigned to record.

Needless to say that the aforesaid statement made by opposite party no. 2 in the compliance affidavit 15.9.2025 if found incorrect, in that event it will be open for the contempt petitioner-applicant to file an application for recall of this order within a period of thirty days from today.
