Heard.
Present contempt application has been preferred for alleged noncompliance of the judgment and order of the Writ Court dated 27.02.2024 passed in Writ A No. 1498 of 2024. The relevant excerpts of the said judgment is being reproduced hereinbelow:-
"Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits of the case, opposite party no.2. Chief Medical Officer, Pratapgarh who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of representation dated 01.02.2024 along with copy of this order. "
Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that a compliance affidavit has been filed on 31.07.2024 enclosing therewith the copy of the order dated 04.04.2024 whereby the representation of the application has been decided.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the respondent while deciding the representation of the applicant has rejected the same without considering the things which were brought into the notice of the authorities.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record of the case, it is found that there was only a direction of the Writ Court to decide the representation of the applicant and in pursuance thereof, the representation has been decided and the copy of the same already filed with the compliance affidavit and if the applicant is still aggrieved, he may avail the remedy, as may be permissible under the law.
In view of the above, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.
