Heard the applicant Mr. Hari Om Yadav, in person, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party nos. 1, 2 and 3 and Sri Sambhavi Nandan, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 4.

None has appeared on behalf of the applicant nos. 2, 3, 4. Mr. Yadav informed that he will argue his case in person.

Learned Standing Counsel has filed compliance affidavit of opposite party nos. 1, 2 and 3 and Sri Sri Shambhavi Nandan, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 4, has filed compliance affidavit of opposite party no. 4, which are taken on record.

Learned Standing Counsel informed that Special Appeal (Defective) Nos. 599 of 2025 and 656 of 2025 are connected with Special Appeal (Defective) No.205 of 2025. He next submitted that all three appeals are connected and listed before the Court on 20.08.2025 in which on leading Special Appeal (Defective) No. 656 of 2025 the Appellate Court has stayed the contempt proceedings, fixing the date 09.09.2025, therefore the proceedings may be deferred.

Under such facts of the case, list this case on 15.09.2025.
