The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 19.11.2024 passed by this Court in Application U/S 483 No. 1936 of 2024.
The pleadings in the affidavit and the documents annexed with the same do not reveal any willful disobedience on the part of the Judicial Officer of the court concerned who has been impleaded as opposite party in the present case.
The contempt application is dismissed.
