Learned State Counsel, in compliance of earlier order dated 29.07.2025 and on the basis of the instructions received dated 06.08.2025 from the opposite party no.10 has submitted that the possession has been handed over to the applicants and the interim order passed by the writ court has been complied with.

A copy of such instructions is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the possession has been handed over to the applicants in compliance of the interim order passed by the writ court, therefore, the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.
