Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that all the dues admissible to the applicant has already been paid to him except 10% of the G.P.F. which is to be paid after the approval to be given by the office of Accountant General, Allahabad.

It is further submitted that the respondent has already written two letters dated 20.08.2025 and 02.09.2025 to the office of Accountant General, Allahabad but till date no approval has been granted by the office of Accountant General, Allahabad due to which the 10% of G.P.F could not be paid to the applicant.

Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file further compliance affidavit failing which the respondent no. 2 shall appear before this Court in person again.
