1. Present application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to respondent nos.2 & 3 vide order dated 13.09.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.3926 of 2024 & 3365 of 2024 arising out of FIR No.105 of 2023, under Sections 394, 302, 411, 201 IPC, P.S. Gazipur, District Lucknow.
2. The allegation is that after the bail was granted, the accused threatened the applicant for which an application was given to Superintendent of Police and an NCR was also registered.
3. Considering the alleged threats, the applicant is permitted to move an appropriate application before the trial Court where trial is going on and the trial Court, if deems fit, shall provide protection to the applicant for conclusion of trial in accordance with law.
4. No case for cancellation of bail is made out.
5. Present bail cancellation application is disposed off in above terms.
