Heard Sri Amit Kr. Ashthana, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Anurag Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State.

By means of the present bail cancellation applicant, the applicant has prayed to cancel the bail granted to opposite party no.2 by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.6, Azamgarh by order dated 23.5.2025 in Bail Application No. 2368 of 2025 for proper and smooth trial of Session Trial No. 686 of 2025, airing out of case crime no. 266 of 2021, under Sections 323, 342, 504, 506, 308 IPC, P.S. Jiyanpur, District Azamgarh.

The instant bail cancellation application has been filed on the ground that opposite party no.2 violated the condition No.3 on 3.4.2025 by threatening the applicant regarding which an application has also been filed before the concerned court. In the bail order it is mentioned that if any condition is violated, the applicant is at liberty to move an application for cancellation of bail before the court concerned.

In view of the aforesaid, the applicant has liberty to move application for cancellation of bail of opposite party no.2 on violation of any of the bail conditions before the trial court.

Accordingly, the present bail cancellation application is rejected with liberty to the applicant to move bail cancellation application before the court concerned.
