No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail cancellation application despite the fact that there are two learned counsels appearing in the matter. Sri Ajay Singh, learned AGA-I for the State is present.

This bail cancellation application under Section 483(3) BNSS has been filed by the applicant Ashok Kumar with the prayer to cancel the bail of opposite party no.2 and 3 granted by the Special Court SC/ST (P.A.) Act/Additional Session Judge Court No.2, Etawah vide order dated 19.06.2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 67 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2) BNS and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Saifai, District Etawah.

The records show that even previously on 04.09.2025 there was no representation from the side of the applicant to press this bail cancellation application. Today again despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant to press this bail cancellation application.

It appears that learned counsel for the applicant has lost interest in the matter. In view of the same, the present bail cancellation application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
