On 20.04.2023. both the accused persons pointed out and got identified the applicant and the informant Ashish Kumar Jain by one stranger who appeared to be criminal by his attitude and body language.
the Commissioner of Police but no action has been taken thereon and meanwhile the accused persons continue to threaten and influence the applicant and his witnesses.
