Heard Sri Karan Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.D. Ojha, learned counsel for the State and perused the record.

This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant Naval Kishor @ Ravi, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 144 of 2024, under Sections 281, 125A, 125B, 105, 324(4) BNS, registered at P.S. Samthar, District Jhansi.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has received instructions in the matter for which he prayed for time on 05.03.2025.

The present bail application appears to be in sections in which the applicant has already been granted bail by the court concerned vide order dated 23.09.2024 which is at page 57 of the paper book in which only one section being under Section 105 BNS is different in which the applicant has not been granted bail. The Court is at loss to appreciate as to why the applicant needs an order for bail for the second time even in those sections in which he has been granted bail earlier.

In view of the above, the bail application thus is dismissed since there is no justification being given by learned counsel for the applicant for the same.

After this order was passed learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present bail application under Section 483 BNSS be dismissed as withdrawn as he shall get the necessary corrections done before the court concerned and file a better bail

application.

Prayer is allowed.

The order dismissing the bail application simpliciter is withdrawn but it is dismissed as withdrawn.
