From the record it reflects, applicant was enlarged on bail by Hon'ble Krishan Pahal, J. vide order dated 11.8.2025 but when informant of the case challanged the bail granting order dated 11.8.2025 before Apex Court in Crl. Appeal No. 1501 of 2026 then Apex Court remitted back the matter to this Court for reconsideration.

As earlier applicant was released on bail by Hon'ble Krishan Pahal J. therefore, in view of this Court it would be appropriate, if the instant bail application should be placed before Hon'ble Krishan Pahal J.
