Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A for the State.

The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.241 of 2024 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 117(2), 109(1), 110 of BNS P.S. Khandasa, district Ayodhya.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is also stated that on similar allegations the co-accused Chandrabhan Singh alias Chandan has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench vide order dated 26.11.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 11588 of 2025. It is also alleged that the applicant has no previous criminal history and he is in jail since 04.12.2024. It is also alleged that the applicant is entitled to liberty of bail on the ground of parity.

Learned A.G.A. Sri Sanjay Kumar Yadav has opposed the prayer for bail, but he could not dispute the facts stated above.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case particularly the fact on similar allegations the co-accused Chandrabhan Singh alias Chandan has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench, it is a fit case for bail on the ground of parity. The application is accordingly allowed .

Let the applicant Suraj Singh alias Suryabhan Singh be released on bail in the aforesaid F.I.R./Case Crime No. 0198 of 2025 on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties, each in the like amount to the

(i) the applicant will not tamper with the prosecution evidence;
