This is the third bail application.
According to the prosecution, the applicant is an absconder. The first bail application of the applicant registered as Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 36825 of 2024 (Raj Vs. State of U.P.) was rejected by this Court on 11.11.2024 which is extracted herein under:-
"Shri Neeraj Srivastava, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Rayoof Ali, learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted liberty to withdraw the present bail application and file a fresh application.
The bail application is dismissed with the liberty to file a fresh application. "
This Court has passed the following order on 20.01.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 741 of 2025 (Raj Vs. State of U.P.):-
"Shri Neeraj Srivastava, learned counsel assisted by Shri Rayoof Ali, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application within a period of ten days.
