Learned AGA for the State, at the very outset, submits that instructions have not been received despite sending letters. Learned AGA further submits that one last opportunity be granted to obtain instructions in the matter.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the earlier occasion also the hearing of the bail application was adjourned on account of instructions not having been obtained by learned AGA.

As a last indulgence, time up to 08.12.2025 is granted to learned AGA to obtain instructions in the matter failing which, the Court would be compelled to proceed in the matter without instructions.
