Heard Shri Durg Vijay Singh under the authority of Shri Kamal Kaushal Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Arimardan Yadav, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record.

This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accusedapplicant, Kuldeep , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 28 of 2025 , under Sections 205, 318 (4), 336 (3), 338, 339, 340 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66D of IT Act, Police Station Cyber Crime Baghpat , District Baghpat, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is ready to deposit an amount i.e. Rs.2,73,000/involved in the FIR which is alleged to have been fraudulently extracted from the first informant. However, the Court finds that first informant has not put in appearance before this Court so as to accept the offer made by the applicant.
