At the very out set, Shri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the present application, as applicant has been enlarged on bail by the trial court, which was filed before the concerned court under section 187(3) of BNSS. He therefore, prays that the present application may be dismissed as infructuous.

In view of submission made above, the instant application has become infructuous, as the applicant has already been enlarged on bail by the trial court.
