Vakalatnama filed by Shri Alok Kumar Singh, Advocate on behalf of informant in the Court today is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that initially the power of attorney holder has sold the plot in question in the year 2012, but the fact was unknown to him, due to this, he further sold the disputed plot in the year 2015 and he is agree to return the same disputed plot in favour of the informant, but neither there is any agreement nor compromise is available on record to show his bonafide conduct.

Learned counsel for the informant is present before the Court and submits that he has falsely sold the disputed land twice and misappropriated the consideration amount in his favour, no relevant document regarding power of attorney or compromise has been submitted by the accused applicant at this stage.

Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that he is ready to file a joint affidavit regarding the compromise in this matter.

Put up this matter on 16.10.2025, as fresh.
