Supplementary affidavit filed by Shri Sudhir Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record.

At the very out set, Shri Vijendra Kumar, learned AGA points out that applicant has criminal antecedents, which have not been explained in the entirety.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the applicant prays for adjournment to file appropriate affidavit explaining the criminal antecedents of the applicant as pointed out by learned AGA.

Learned counsel for the applicant has also made a prayer that the victim has been stated to be minor with the date of birth recorded as 23.1.2010 in her certificate pertaining to Class-8 of the Sessions 2024-25 of Bharatiya Shiksha Parishad, Paschim Uttar Pradesh. However, he submits that victim is a major of at least 19 years. He has made a prayer that the ossification test of the victim may be ordered by this Court meanwhile.

In the opinion of the Court, the prayer for ossification test may not be ordered straightway at the asking of the applicant.
