This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.201 of 2019, u/s 363, 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Ghazipur.

This is a 3rd bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected vide order dated 18.1.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.30653 of 2019. Thereafter the second bail application of the applicant was rejected vide order dated 2.8.2023 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.306048 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the present bail application has become infructuous as the trial has concluded and the same be dismissed as having become infructuous.

As prayed by learned counsel for the applicant, the present bail application is dismissed as infructuous .
