This is second bail application filed on behalf of applicant.

Sri Pankaj, learned counsel for applicant and Sri Ashutosh Singh, learned AGA for the State are present.

At the very outset, learned AGA submits, instant matter relates to provisions of Section 376AB IPC and POCSO Act but he is not having any information whether notice has been served upon the informant or not. He prays for and is granted a week's time to seek instruction in this regard.
