Heard Shri Shri Prakash Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This is second bail application on behalf of the applicants. First Bail Application of the applicants was rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2025.

Learned counsel for the applicant in furtherance of his submissions, to press the bail plea, has invited the attention of this Court to the order sheet of the trial proceedings, annexed as annexure no. 4 to the affidavit filed in support of bail application, to submit that various dates are being fixed for producing the accused on remand, although, the applicants have been appearing before the Court concerned through Video Conferencing.

From the perusal of the order sheet it is revealed that the applicants are appearing through Video Conferencing. However, despite that orders to produce them on remand is being passed.If the applicants are already appearing through Video Conferencing the trial Court is required to proceed with the recording of the statements etc. however, only dates are being fixed.

Let, a report be submitted by the Court concerned within a week from the date of service of the order of this Court explaining why the trial is being unnecessarily delayed by passing repeated orders of producing the
