i. आववेदक ववववेचिनद्वा यद्वा परलीक्षर कवे ददौरद्वान अवभयकोजन सद्वाक्ष्यसों कवे सद्वाथ छवेड़छद्वाड़ नहहीं करवेरद्वा।
