Having considered the facts and circumstances, and since the applicant's case is similar to that of co-accused Rekha Singh who has already been granted bail, the applicant Sheela Singh is also entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity; accordingly the bail application is allowed.

Sheela Singh, aged about 53 years, with no previous criminal history and in jail since 12.12.2023, sought bail in Case Crime No. 319 of 2022 (Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B I.P.C.), Police Station Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar. The F.I.R. of 05.06.2022, lodged against 12 persons including the applicant, alleges that the accused got a sale agreement executed by the informant's son by administering an intoxicating injection, falsely projected his marriage with co-accused Neetu Singh (whose name was entered in the family register), and that the son died in a motorcycle accident about two hours after the alleged marriage, which appears suspicious. The applicant was later implicated in a Gangsters Act case on the basis of involvement in this case. Co-accused Rekha Singh had already been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench on 11.08.2025 in Criminal Misc. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 319 of 2022, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B I.P.C., registered at Police Station - Akbarpur, District - Ambedkar Nagar.

The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 05.06.2022 against 12 persons, including the applicant, stating that the accused persons had got a sale agreement executed by the informant's son by administering him some intoxicating injection. Thereafter, they have falsely projected that the informant's son had got married to co-accused Neetu Singh and they got the name of Neetu Singh in the family register also. The informant's one died in a motorcycle accident through accident merely two hours after his alleged marriage with Neetu Singh, which accident appears to be suspicious.

In the affidavit filed in support of the bail application, it has

been stated that the applicant is an innocent year aged about 53 years and has no previous criminal history and is languishing in jail since 12.12.2023. On the basis of involvement in the present case, she has been implicated in a case under the Gangsters Act subsequently.

The co-accused Rekha Singh has already been granted bail by means of an order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 3288 of 2025.

Although the learned A.G.A.-I and the learned counsel for the complainant have opposed the bail application but they could not dispute the fact that the case of the applicant is similar to the co-accused Rekha Singh, who has already been granted bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that the applicant is also entitled to be released on the ground of parity.

Accordingly, this bail application stands allowed .

Let the applicant - Sheela Singh be released on bail in the aforementioned case on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Magistrate/Court concerned, subject to following conditions:-

(i) the applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence;

(ii) the applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses;

(iii) the applicant shall appear on each and every date fixed by the trial Court.
