BAIL APPLICATION No. 17039 of 2025 (Hon'ble Dr. Gautam Chowdhary, J.), allowed the bail application of Mohammad Ahmad arising out of Case Crime No. 847/2024 under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, police station (name garbled in text), district Badaun.
