Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is second bail application as first bail application has been rejected vide order dated 03.09.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.10262 of 2023.

Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the witnesses at serial no.4 to 9 have already been examined in terms of the directions given by this Court on 03.09.2024 while rejecting first bail application, only formal witnesses remained to be examined.

In view thereof, the Superintendent of Police, Shrawasti is directed to ensure that the formal witnesses are produced before the trial court for recording of their deposition without taking any time.

The trial court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings without giving any unnecessary adjournment for adducing witnesses to the prosecution preferably within a period of six months.

The applicant would be at liberty to revive his bail prayer after six months.

¶13

This second bail application is rejected .

Learned A.G.A. shall send a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, Shrawasti for compliance.
