This is the second bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the applicant seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Session Trial No. 306 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No. 1100 of 2022, under Sections 302, 120B, 34 I.P.C., registered at P.S. Baradari, District Bareilly.

The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.8.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 30161 of 2024.
