1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.

2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.401 of 2024, under Section 376, 419, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC, Section 3/4 of POCSO Act & Section 3/5(1) of U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, P.S. Gola, District Lakhimpur Kheri.

Prosecutrix and applicant are present before this Court in terms of the order passed by this Court on 07.09.2025 wherein the applicant was enlarged on interim bail for a period of four months in view of the statement that both of them were intending to get married to each other. Prosecutrix present herein states that she has married elsewhere.

4. Considering the said statement and the fact that in the statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C., prima-facie, it was admitted that both the victim and the applicant were talking on telephone for the last two years and both of them stayed together for 7 to 8 months under the alleged false pretext of marriage, coupled with the fact that the applicant has no criminal antecedents and was enlarged on interim bail vide order dated 09.07.2025, the interim bail granted to the applicant on 09.07.2025 is confirmed and the applicant namely Rehan Ahmad is enlarged on bail on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated 09.07.2025.
