Learned AGA has raised preliminary objection and submitted that the applicant along with the co-accused have filed Application U/S 482 No. 7079 of 2024 which was disposed of vide order dated 12.8.2024.

It appears from the perusal of the record that the applicant had filed the application for discharge which was dismissed vide order dated 16.12.2024.

Since the applicant has already put in appearance before the learned court below through the application for discharge, this Court is of the view that in view of the judgement of the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka in re: Ramesh vs. State through Dy. RFO, Chikkaballapura, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable and is, accordingly, rejected.
