2- आववेदक ममामलवे कवे रथ्ययों सवे पररगचर गकसनी व्यगक यमा पमुजलस अजधकमाररययों कको प्रत्यक्षि यमा परकोक्षि रूप सवे ककोई धमककी , वमादमा यमा प्रलकोभन नहहीं दवेरमा जजससवे गक वह ऐसवे रथ्य कको न्यमायमालय कवे समक्षि यमा गकसनी पमुजलस अजधकमारनी कवे समक्षि प्रकट न करनवे पर ममान जमाए।
