1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the records.

2. Present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR No.10A of 1992, under Section 147, 148, 149, 302, 336, 307, 325, 323 IPC, Police Station Parsapur, District Gonda.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that applicant was granted interim protection on 05.03.2025.

4. In the counter affidavit filed by the State, there is no material to suggest that the applicant is not cooperating with the trial or has ever not cooperated with the trial.

5. In view thereof, interim protection granted by this Court on 05.03.2025 is confirmed and the applicant Bhanu Pratap Singh is released on anticipatory bail in aforesaid FIR number till conclusion of trial on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below concerned with the following conditions:

(a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;

(b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of

which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
