Heard Ms. Ananya, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rizwanul Haque Ansari, the learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Virendra Kumar, the learned A.G.A-I appearing on behalf of the State and perused the records.

The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.207 of 2023, under Sections 323/504/506/34/325/308 I.P.C. registered at Police Station- Chanda, DistrictSultanpur.

After arguing the matter at some length, the learned counsel for the applicant states that she does not want to press the application and she restricted her prayer for giving her an opportunity to file an application for bail.

In view of the aforesaid request, the instant application is disposed of leaving it open to the applicant to file an application for grant of bail and in case such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Satendra Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another: (2022) 10 SCC 51 .
