Applicant Aniket Mishra @ Banti sought anticipatory bail in Case Crime/FIR No. 0030/2022, registered under Sections 380 and 457 (Penal Code) at a Gorakhpur-district police station. His counsel pleaded innocence, denied any credible evidence against him, asserted clean antecedents and undertook to cooperate with the investigation, make himself available and surrender wanted persons.
