Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the Staterespondent.

Notices to respondent no.2 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order.

Through this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:-

"Wherefore it is most obsequiously prayed that while considering the above mentioned facts, reasons and grounds mentioned in the Application the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to: -

1. Issue an order or direction to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of (3) three months in Complaint case no. 124107/2022, titled as Shashi Prabha Versus Pushpesh Jalan, Under section- 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, P.S. Gomti Nagar pending since 20/12/2022 currently pending before the Hon'ble Court of Additional Court Room no. 01, District-Lucknow in the interest of justice.

2. Any other specific relief which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit, proper and adequate for the Applicant may be passed by Your Lordship in the favor of the Applicant."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case under Section 138 N.I.

Act was filed in the year 2022. He further submits that the proceedings are

going on at a very slow pace.

On due consideration to the submissions advanced and perusal of the record, the

petition is disposed of with a direction to learned court below to make an

endeavour to decide the complaint case filed under Section 138 N.I.Act as per

the provisions of Section 143 (3) N.I.Act.
